About me
I am passionate about humanity, our mental health and psychological wellbeing. I have had the opportunity to work with children, youths and adults in various mental health sectors. I have overtime accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge which birth the mental health initiative: Your Pinnacle is a representation of what I have acquired over my life’s journey through environmental structure and my experiences, which I want to share with everyone to enable them start the journey to their pinnacle.
I am grateful for the opportunities and experience I have gained by working with individuals both paid and voluntary, such as children, young adults and adults from different backgrounds. Developing different communication skills to interact with individuals according to their necessary needs and circumstances. Through this I have gained wider knowledge relating to active listening skills and responding in an appropriate manner as and when possible. While showing respect to both the individuals and the organisation involved I have disciplined myself according to all professional conduct relating to sensitive details and information as well as all policies and procedures linked to managing my career as a counsellor. These skills have guided me through my personal and professional development to provide outstanding service to clients and the general public.
I believe as individuals we should allow our personal growth to start from within. By doing so we can find the necessary coping mechanisms to flourish in our own individual ways. I am here to allow you to process and transition through your needs to attain your true self. By also working through your process to identify yourself and how you want your present and future to be, even if we can not change the past.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
