About me

We all experience difficulties in our life, but for some their problems can seem overwhelming, they cannot eat, sleep or carry on with their everyday lives and feel they do not know where to turn for help. This is where counselling can help.

Whether it be a relationship problem, work related issue, depression, stress, anxiety or bereavement I can offer a professional, safe, confidential, supportive and non judgemental place for you to talk through your feelings.

After an short assessment between the client and myself to discuss their goals, I would offer counselling sessions (50mins) that can be solution focused brief intervention therapy, or open ended, on a one to one basis. My counselling is essentially Integrative, which means I have incorporated skills and techniques from other therapies, such as Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, and CBT, based on a Person Centred core.
