At MjM Psychological Therapies I believe that each and every person has the strength and resources within themselves to make the positive changes to become exactly how they want to be.

As a Registered EMDR Therapist and Person-Centred Counsellor, and Cognitive behavioural therapist I am able to provide you with the support and direction to help you move forward to being that positive person that you truly are.

I use an individual approach that is tailored for you, that, enables you to take back control and overcome any problems and conditions that are holding you back and that is creating a negative impact on your life.

I deliver high standards of Clinical Hypnotherapy, EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and Reprocessing), Stress Management, Coaching and Counselling services.

I hold Advanced Diplomas in Hypnotic Gastric Band, Advanced weight loss treatments and Smoking Cessation Techniques.

I treat PTSD, Phobias Fears, Eating Disorders  depression, anxiety and addictions with the use of EMDR, CBT  or Person-Centred Counselling.

My practice Is currently online or on the phone if that works for you.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
