About me

Hello, I have been practising as a psychotherapist and a counsellor for the last three years, after a four year training in the integrative theoretical school. Prior to my counselling diploma, I gained a bachelor degree of science in psychology, and I am a member of the British Psychological Society. From my degree I learned a broad range of schools of thoughts that I integrate in my therapeutic work according to the needs of my clients.

I am French, therefore I am able to see clients and work in French. I have worked in health care for more than eight years, as a cognitive rehab practitioner for brain injury and neurological conditions.

I have particular experience working with clients in life changing situation, and going through emotional distress due to long term illness.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a diploma in therapeutic counselling, as well a BSc in psychology. I have been train in end of life care. Due to my psychology background I am able to use CBT, and short term focus therapy. I have worked with a wide variety of clients, dealing with a range of issues in their life who have need help to find clarity and guidance to develop ways of coping with their problems and struggles.
