About me

I have worked as a counsellor for four years. My background includes working musically and in the arts in a variety of therapeutic settings. My influences include Carl Rogers, Roberto Assagioli, Bert Hellinger, Buddhism and Existentialism. My first B.A. degree was in Philosophy, my second degree was in Fine Art.

I care about people with difficulties rooted in isolation, anxiety, depression and other long term issues. I work intuitively to challenge the seeming paradoxes of life. I can work to specific goals or embrace the therapeutic journey to wherever it leads.

To aid the talking therapy I may suggest visualisation techniques and encourage self-expression through poetry, drawing or music to connect with unconscious processes.

"This process is definitely making me happier" H.

"The approach you take is working" D.
