About me

I am a qualified CBT therapist and member of COSCA (Counselling&Psychotherapy in Scottland). I have worked with a lot of clients with varied mental health problems in Spain and in the UK. I offer short-term therapy in Edinburgh for mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and anger management. I also offer therapy in Spanish.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment where clients have the opportunity to explore the link between thoughts, feelings and behaviour. I also encourage my clients to try new ways of behaviour.

I offer therapy for the main mental health problems such as anger management, low confidence, anxiety and depression.

Sessions last between 50-60 minutes and they are offered weekly.

If you would like to speak with me in confidence, you can contact me on the phone number or e-mail provided in this website.
