Mandy Edwards MSc, BA (Hons) MBACP (Registered) Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Living in this ever changing complex world can result in experiences that we are unable to cope with. Bottling up intense feelings such as, anxiety and grief can become exhausting, so finding the counsellor and psychotherapist who is able to connect and explore your dilemmas can be fearful.
As a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with experience of working with adults, young people and children with a variety of issues, I offer a safe and confidential space where together we can work through these dilemmas in a accepting and non-judgemental way; this will allow for the opportunity of change to take place.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Counselling gives the opportunity to explore and unravel the issues that may be preventing the individual from living in the most meaningful way. In this unique relationship we can work together to source out their strengths and clarify, resolve social or personal problems.
Additionally, I work for Future Minds, a multidisciplinary psychology service based at Ashby de la Zouch where my other work can be accessed. The address is:
