About me
If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional and relationship difficulties, bereavement, self-harm, trauma, substance abuse or self-medicating issues, then finding the right help is important.
As a clinical psychologist, I work with individuals, couples, and families. The first step in any work I undertake is coming to a mutual understanding of the difficulties from a psychological perspective. Such understanding is essential in identifying the right treatment path, based on the best evidence available to psychological science. I have been trained in a range of therapeutic interventions and am able to tailor interventions based on individual needs. I have over ten years experience of working in the NHS (training and post-qualification) in acute and secondary care mental health services.

- First Class Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, with Honours (BSc Hons)
- First Class Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy
I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council who are responsible for the statutory regulation of the profession. My registration number is PYL30162 and can be found on the public register at http://www.hcpc.org.uk/
I am also a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society.
