Mairi Wilkie MBACP
Counselling In Central Scotland
Sometimes we just need someone to listen, a bit of breathing space to gather our thoughts at what life throws at us. Time to reflect on feelings, emotions and put it all in perspective.
I am a fully trained person-centred counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counselling Practitioners, (BACP).
I am here to offer you a safe and confidential setting where you have the opportunity to explore any issues or concerns you have. I believe the answers come from within, but my promise is to work alongside you to help that become clearer.
I am a gentle, caring listener who wants to see you achieve your full potential whatever that may be.
I am happy to offer an initial consultation of up to 30 minutes free of charge.
I can be contacted on 07798758806
or you can email me at email@example.com
my website address is www.counsellinginscotland.co.uk
My approach to helping clients starts with the recognition that every person is different, and it's my belief that each of us has a strong inner capacity for change, even when we feel a lack of motivation and energy to do so. There is strength and a drive for wholeness in everyone that, when illuminated through counselling, can be a powerful self-motivating force.
Life can be full of surprises. Sometimes relationships, careers and life, in general, do not unfold as expected and can throw up many challenges. It is how we deal with these challenges that I believe shapes us. Counselling can help encourage the communication of conflict, leading to new insights and an understanding of life's problems - bringing back the resourcefulness you once felt.
As a person-centred counsellor, I am not here to tell you what to do but to work with you to help you find the best way forward for yourself. Findings the answers that are right for you.
