Hello I am Maggie and I would like to welcome you to my counselling practice.
Change happens in life and can have different meanings to each of us. This can be expected and unexpected often with traumatic personal effect. At times this can be overwhelming and we can get stuck unable to find a way forward. I can offer you a safe place and time for you to be listened to and truly be yourself. Working together to help you build a bridge to reach the other side so you can move on with your life.
Drawing from counselling practices, models and therapeutic tools I tailor my approach in therapy to meet your individual needs and preferences. Through our working partnership and identifying your strengths and skills I will encourage you to be an active partner in your own therapy. I invite you to join me now to help you explore and work through issues which may be affecting your life.
