Lynne Heber MBACP (Reg) Dip.Counselling
Most of us at some time or another can feel overwhelmed by lifes circumstances which can leave us feeling helpless and alone and it can seem like there is no way out. Counselling can give you the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings, and given a sense of being deeply understood, clients can begin to resolve issues that prevent them enjoying their lives. I believe that with Counselling it is possible to begin to heal & grow emotionally & gain control of your life.
I understand that making first contact can feel a bit daunting, but I will try to make it as easy as I can for you. I aim to provide a safe confidential environment for you to explore whatever you are going through, and enable you to find a way forward. This would involve working with you from a Person Centred base which is respectful and non judgemental, drawing on a variety of therapeutic interventions as is necessary.
