Lynne Fowler - Beside You Counselling

About me

Can I help?   Is there something specific you are struggling with right now or perhaps you have a sense that you would like something to change, but not sure what or where to begin?   Do you need a new approach to overcome obstacles in your life?

I understand that it can be difficult to talk to family and friends as you may fear their rejection or judgment or you may be trying to protect them.     I can offer you a warm, safe, non judgmental space so that you feel accepted, valued and understood and a place to discover possibilities.

Let me help you explore whatever is going on for you.  You don’t have to do this alone.   Together, we will identify patterns of feelings, thoughts and behaviours and choices that are getting in the way and causing you emotional pain and confusion.  We will tap in to your inner strength and empower you to live a more satisfying and balanced life.

I am here to walk ‘Beside You’.    I am on your side.

As long as you play an active role in our sessions together, you will find the benefits of counselling rewarding and perhaps, life changing.

Counselling works…… and it can work for you too

Why not give me a call or message me for a free 15 minute consultation or to arrange an initial session to see if counselling is right for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Counsellor offering short and long term therapy to adults.  I trained in London at the renowned Metanoia Institute and achieved a BSc in Reflective Therapeutic Practice/Diploma in Humanistic Counselling.

I know that my qualifications will be important to you and you should know that I have successfully helped individuals deal with a range of challenges including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, self worth recovery, trauma, transitions, addiction, difficult emotions, amongst others……

BUT it is my owned ‘lived’ experience of facing and overcoming challenging and painful times in my life that enables me to know that CHANGE is possible, allows me to sit with your pain, your ‘stuckness’ and support you to find wisdom, growth, healing, and fulfillment within yourself.
