Hello,I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy I qualified in 2012 as a Counsellor completing a Foundation Degree in counselling, i went on to complete a BA hons degree in therapeutic counselling in 2013.
I can also use interventions from other approaches such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Transactional Analysis in sessions.

I currently use a room in central Middlesbrough which is easy to reach by bus, train or car. Off street parking is available at the location at a reasonable cost.
Sessions are usually face to face appointments however i can offer telephone and email sessions.

I have voluntary experience of working as a Counsellor for Cruse Bereavement Care, where i worked with adults who had been bereaved. Eva Women's Aid working with survivors of sexual and domestic violence.The Road Ahead where i work with people on the edge of the community.
I have worked in private practice since 2013 working with a diverse range of people from a wide range of backgrounds.
