I also use interventions from other approaches such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Transactional Analysis.

Foundation Degree in Counselling 2012.
BA Honours Degree in Therapeutic Counselling 2013.
I have voluntary experience of working as a Counsellor for Cruse Bereavement Care, Eva Women's Aid, The George Hardwick Foundation, and The Road Ahead. I have also been in private practice since 2013.
I have worked with a wide range of issues including: Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Bereavement, Sexual and Domestic Violence, Guilt, Shame, Low self esteem, Confidence, self harm, suicide, alcohol and substance dependence, body image issues, relationship difficulties and stress.
