About me

If you are struggling to make sense of what is happening in your life or feeling overwhelmed and desperate, I can offer you a space that is supportive, confidential and non-judgmental to explore what is stopping you from living your life more fully.

As a depth psychotherapist I offer a soulful perspective that honours body, mind and spirit. I work holistically exploring unconscious processes through the imagination, dreams, art and body awareness in order to help us to listen to the deeper meaning of what you are experiencing. Psychological growth is a cyclical process throughout our lives and crisis and challenges can be a threshold for profound change. This takes place within a therapeutic relationship which can support you to work through the issues that are troubling you whether they be in the present or intruding from the past. We co-create this process together and find out what works best for you.

I am a 5 minute walk from West Norwood station and 10 mins from Tulse Hill station, and on a good bus service from Brixton, Crystal Palace and Croydon.
