Lynda Chevins BA (Hons), MA, MA. Analytical Psychotherapist
I am an experienced and qualified Jungian analytic psychotherapist and psychodynamic counsellor.
I offer confidential psychotherapy and counselling to individual adults and to couples, in a safe and secure environment.
I am able to work on a long term or short term basis, appropriate to your needs, but prefer to work in an open ended way that allows you to work at a pace that is right for you.
The relationship is very important in any therapy and the decision for us to work together will be a mutual one. The first session, or occasionally two sessions, will give us the opportunity to obtain some understanding of the difficulties that you are experiencing. Meeting face to face in this way also helps us to get a sense of whether we could work together.
We can then think together about the way forward and arrange a suitable time(s) to meet on a regular basis. The consistency and regularity of meetings at the same times(s) each week, is very helpful to progress.
I also offer supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists.
