About me
Consultant Clinical Psychologist and EMDR therapist with over 15 years experience in central London NHS Trusts. I offer face-to-face (near Sevenoaks, Kent) and virtual sessions to help you to find your strength, reconnect with your values and feel heard in your struggles. I offer EMDR, ACT, CBT, Mindfulness based cognitive therapy and compassion focussed approaches. I work with adults and young people to manage stress conditions, anxiety symptoms, long-term health conditions and medically unexplained symptoms.
Most importantly, I am warm, engaging and interested in what makes people tick, and how to help them reach their full potential.
Training, qualifications & experience
Over 15 years experience working clinically in central London hospitals and leading chronic pain services as a clinical psychologist. My clinical training and experience mean I have a broad range of evidence-based therapies that I draw on in my practise. I have worked in complex chronic mental and physical health services, across the lifespan meaning I can provide specialist support to a wide variety of issues.
Following undergraduate study at Worcester College, Oxford University (Exp Psychology BAHons, MA(Oxon); I completed the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London in 2010. Further training in ACT, CFT, MBCT and CAT therapies, training as a clinical supervisor 2021 and I trained as an EMDR Europe Certified Therapist in 2024.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
