Lurlene Angela De Costa
I am a qualified counsellor and I am passionate about the benefits of counselling and my commitment is to value and listen to you.
As a Counsellor, I work integratively, providing clients with the space and time to explore what it is going on with you, to provide you with help and support in a safe space, while you express your emotions in your own way and time.
We all at some point in life have experience emotional difficulties. Taking time out to work through issues in a calm and non-judgemental space can be an empowered experience. I also truly understand how it can feel quite daunting, to open up with someone new and to share your most inner thoughts, but I can assure you it will help you feel liberated.
I will accept what you bring to the table, so you can tell me how you’re really feeling. I wont's skirt around issues and not afraid to go into deep areas.
I do specialise in bereavement, loss, trauma and pregnancy loss.
My approach will be tailored to suit your needs, as I know we are all unique,
I embrace and celebrate equality and diversity, by not discriminating against each client and treating them equally.
I work from my private practice, please visit my website. I offer a face to face, phone, webcam counselling.
The initial consultation will give us an opportunity to discuss your needs and if you do decide to work with me, we will arrange a regular time to meet up.
