Have you loss a loved due to Covid 19, Suicide or a Violent crime. Have you loss a loved one many years ago and have never spoken about it? No doubt you carry the pain of losing your loved ones. It can make you feel lost or confused, guilty or really sad and alone in your Losing a partner is like a trauma, especially if you led an active life together. It could mean the end of a whole life style that you both shared together. Or losing a child can leave a deep and lasting wound. As though the pain never leaves you. A death of a child is usually more traumatic then the death of an older person. It can mean loss of (future) relationships, future dreams, experiences that have not yet been enjoyed. This can also apply to women who have experience the lost of a baby by miscarriage.
No matter how many years may past, the deep pain of loss stays with you to this day. Do you feel as if you have lost something of yourself no matter how many years goes by or how many children you may have?
If you have experienced any of the above, have you ever asked questions like: 'How can I live with my grief'? 'Is it normal to grieve this way'? 'What can others do the help me? 'How can I help others who are grieving?
All these experiences can leave you feeling sad, anxious, depressed.
It can be a great relief to just be understood and heard, to see things more clearly, or just yo talk about how you feel. Can you call me, I know there is wisdom in knowing what to say and what not to say, what to do and what not to do. I will provide you a safe space with out any judgement, I will empathise with you and give you positive regard you deserve.
I'll also support you if you have suffered any other traumatic experiences.
