I'm an experienced and fully Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering individual therapy to adults of all ages in Richmond, London, both in English and Portuguese.
My experience has been gained over many years in the NHS, at a top London University, in a Bereavement Charity and in private practice. I am a registered and an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
I see adult clients with a range of issues including bereavement, depression, anxiety and relationship problems, and specific issues faced by young adults.
Psychotherapy and counselling enable my clients to fulfill their potential and live a richer and more balanced life.
There are many psychotherapy approaches. My integrative training means that I can incorporate them in my practice, thus benefitting each individual client. I also offer short term goal oriented therapy.
How to get started
Please call or email me to arrange an initial appointment. In our initial session, we will discuss what brings you to counselling and will make an estimate of how many sessions you might need. This will be provisionally and mutually agreed but can be changed at any time.
