About me
As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and Confidence Coach, I specialize in helping individuals struggling with low self-esteem and people-pleasing tendencies. My goal is to guide you through the process of untangling self-doubt and critical inner narratives that may have been holding you back. Together, we’ll identify and reframe limiting beliefs, empowering you to build a resilient sense of self and a deep trust in your own abilities.
A central aspect of my approach is teaching you practical, effective communication strategies and boundary-setting techniques. I provide you with the tools to navigate personal and professional relationships with confidence, allowing you to establish healthy boundaries and express yourself assertively, free from the fear of rejection or judgment.
But my work extends beyond communication skills. I believe that lasting fulfilment comes from living a life aligned with your core values and strengths. I will help you uncover your inherent gifts and guide you in creating a life that authentically reflects your purpose and potential.
