About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with almost 10 years of experience working in the mental health sector. I offer therapy across the lifespan working with children, adults, and families in Greenwich or online from the comfort of your home.

Taking that first step to starting therapy can be overwhelming. That's why talking with a supportive, non-judgemental, experienced Clinical Psychologist, who understands how crucial it is to build a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel heard and supported is incredibly beneficial. Life can be challenging, and at times, we all need extra support and encouragement to feel empowered and strengthen our emotional toolkit.

My sessions are collaborative and use an integrative approach, drawing on a range of psychological models that prioritises peoples strengths and values to help individuals make sense of their past and present experiences. The sessions aim to help people develop their own resources to manage emotions, relationships and difficult life events that may occur.
