I am a Counsellor located in Central Reading. I offer online counselling via zoom. Online counselling is safe, secure and convenient and takes place in the comfort of your own home, while I will be in my place of work. I offer a non-judgemental, confidential and safe space for clients to be heard and to be able to discuss their issue/s.
I specialise in assisting people to identify and achieve their personal goals. I work mostly with clients who experience anxiety disorders and other issues related to their anxiety such as, addiction, low self-esteem, depression, trauma and so on.
Because am I online, I can accept clients from outside the Thames Valley area. I also welcome clients from all ethnic backgrounds and from the LGBTQ+ community.

Training, qualifications & experience
I began my training in May 2016 and graduated in Feb 2020. I started my practice in April 2020 and so far have 8 months experience of online counselling. During my training I worked as a volunteer counsellor for Change Grow Live for almost a year.
My qualifications are:
- Level 3 Certificate in Hypnotherapy & Counselling Skills(Cert Hyp CS)
- Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills & Theory(Dip CST)
- Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Ad. Dip.PsyC)
Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation with no obligations.
Clients have the option to pay for sessions as they go or alternatively pay for up to 4 to 6 sessions up front if this is easier - some clients prefer this option.
