About me
I am an Integrative Counsellor based in Central Reading. I offer online counselling via zoom. I can also offer sessions via Skype.
I specialise in assisting people to identify and achieve their personal goals. I work mostly with clients who experience anxiety disorders and other issues related to their anxiety such as, addiction, low self-esteem, depression, trauma and so on.
I also welcome clients from all ethnic backgrounds and from the LGBTQ+ community.
I offer a non-judgemental, confidential and safe space for clients to be heard and to be able to discuss their issue/s.

Training, qualifications & experience
I began my training in May 2016 and graduated in Feb 2020. I started my practice in April 2020 and so far have 8 months experience of online counselling. During my training I worked as a volunteer counsellor for Change Grow Live for almost a year.
My qualifications are:
- Level 3 Certificate in Hypnotherapy & Counselling Skills(Cert Hyp CS)
- Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills & Theory(Dip CST)
- Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Ad. Dip.PsyC)

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
