WHAT I OFFER
I hold a safe space of acceptance of everything you are and want to present, honouring your life experience and difficulties. I facilitate awareness & will, healing & resilience, and well-being to help you tailor your life around your unique identity and needs.
MBACP registered, I use dialogue, homework suggestions, imagery and creative arts to help you: build up your understanding of yourself (personality, cultural, gender & sexual identity); nurture self-love through personal & professional developments; and find meaning to resolve existential crisis. I help reducing anxiety & depression whilst increasing coping mechanisms & resilience.
BACKGROUND & SPECIFIC INTERESTS
I have a background in Arts, essentially in Cinema & Theatre. I am passionate about arts, imagery, curiosity, imagination, creativity & playfulness.
I also worked over 15 years in Customer & Corporate Services in various industries, notably training new recruits. This has provided me with a great understanding of the stressful environment, imperatives & targets of the corporate world, and how it can impact on mental, emotional & physical health.
I have a non-exclusive interest in working with LGBTQI+ and straight individuals about gender identity, sexual identity, sexuality & relationships.
I also have an interest and some experience working with neurodiversity, especially Asperger & High Potential individuals (otherwise known as Gifted or Highly Sensitive Persons).
You can contact me via email, phone or by filling the contact form:
We will have a short conversation over the phone to discuss briefly your situation & expectations, and address any question you might have.
If we come to an agreement, we will book our first session together, - so called Initial Assessment or Initial Interview. I will send you my Counselling & Data Protection agreement prior to the appointment to explain you my framework.
If you decide to engage in the therapeutic work together, we will have a review on the sixth session of your experience. Other reviews can occur over time. Those reviews are meant to re-assess the process to better tailor the therapy that you need, and to make sure you get the most benefits out of it.
