About me

Being an integrative therapist is like painting with every colour on the palette. Each client brings a unique canvas, and I am able to mix approaches to match their hues. Working with with me can finally feel like you are being seen in full colour. Each client arrives with their own tangled plotline and I become the storyteller to help them navigate the back story that is tailored to each individual’s story. There is no script, just deep listening and an intuitive dance to help them rewrite the chapters of their life.

It’s creative, responsive work that constantly evolves. Healing is not one-size-fits-all. It is a mosaic built from empathy, evidence, and the art of being fully human with another soul by following the threads of emotion, behaviour, and body cues, and weaving them into something whole. It’s alive and evolving.  No two sessions are the same, and that’s exactly what makes it meaningful. It’s not about fitting people into methods but blending methods to fit people. I offer a commitment to meeting people where they are, and who they are and creating a safe, open space for them to be themselves and I feel privileged to be able to support their unique journey.

I would like clients to feel like therapy has become less about fixing something broken (because you are NOT broken), and more about discovering who you truly are—with honesty, patience, and compassion. That you are being guided and the path adjusted as we go, based on how you appear that day.

In my opinion, therapy should feel flexible, intuitive, deeply personal, and supported by someone who is really paying attention, and adapting to the changes within.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
