About me

Are you struggling to 'keep it all together' at the moment with things as they are?  Maybe you feel like you're in a situation that you see no way out of and are feeling overwhelmed.

Whatever is troubling you at the moment, I can help you to explore your feelings so that you can understand yourself better and pave the way for change.  Working in a person-centred way, I can help you on the path to reaching your full potential.  I also offer walk and talk therapy if that is something you feel you would prefer.

If you feel that I may be able to help, call, text, or email me for free 30 minute initial session where you will be able to see if I am the right fit for you.  If after this short session, you find that you would like to begin counselling, I can offer weekly or fortnightly sessions at a time that is convenient for you and we can discuss this together.  I realise it can be daunting reaching out, and I assure you that you will be met with compassion.

I have a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling and am in my final year of the BA (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling. Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
