Hi, I'm Louise, and I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within their Ethical Framework.
As an integrative Counsellor I have experience of working within different counselling theories, which means I am able to tailor-fit your counselling sessions to each unique individuals personal needs.
I offer a safe and comfortable environment, always showing respect and no judgement for all my clients. I believe that you are the expert on you. Therefore, I will work alongside you using my knowledge and skills to guide you, as you explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions at your own pace.
I have worked with a variety of people from all walks of life, all with different issues they want to address. Some issues people bring to counselling include anxiety, low self esteem or relationship problems, as well as depression, addiction or bereavement, plus many more. I work with my clients to build a trusting relationship that enables us to explore together whatever issues you might have.
Seeking professional counselling can be scary and overwhelming, which is why it is important that you feel comfortable and able to talk freely with your chosen counsellor. For this reason, I offer a free initial informal telephone consultation, to ensure that we are the right fit for each other and that you will get the most out of your sessions.
For more information please feel free to contact me by phone, text message or email.
