Would you like to feel better than you do?
Would you like to resolve some of the things that you are struggling with right now?
Counselling may be just what you need to help you to find your way.
By exploring difficulties in this safe, confidential space, you may find yourself feeling more in control of your life, able to make decisions and positive life choices and to understand harm that has happened in your life.
I am an accredited counsellor with more than 14 years of experience in private practice, the health service and faith communities. I work with individuals and couples and also provide supervision for counsellors, ministers, health care professionals and others offering pastoral care. My approach is integrative, using perspectives from different counselling traditions. I provide counselling for various issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, abuse (including spiritual abuse), grief and loss, workplace stress or just simply feeling sad, and lacking hope or direction. I am able to work in a short term, solution focused framework, and also work long term over months or years if this is needed.
It may feel daunting to take the first step in making contact, but this may the best thing you could possibly do at the moment to get the help you need. Call me or email me and I will help you decide what to do next.
I can offer a phone consultation for up to 15 minutes for free.
The first session, should you choose to go ahead, will be an opportunity for you to discover if further sessions would be useful to you.
