Counselling for everyone

If you would like to discuss any issues you feel are holding you back or if you are going through a difficult period in your life, it can sometimes be hard to ask for help, so contacting a counsellor maybe the first step to exploring those issues holding you back. Please feel free to contact me for an Initial chat and at that point you can discuss whether you feel you would like to book a further consultation and weekly sessions.

The client will look at what they would like to get from the counselling experience, in the first Initial consultation and then I will see clients on a weekly basis for 50 minute sessions. If clients feel they need longer or more frequent sessions, this can be discussed at the Initial stage.

I can also be contacted by phone, email or Instagram on Women’s.workshops
