About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges? Mental health struggles are on the rise, impacting us all. I am passionate about supporting individuals and young adults with their mental health and well-being.
I work with adults, individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and those affected by domestic abuse. Anxiety and feelings of dissatisfaction can lead to life feeling difficult and change impossible.
For those in the foster system—care leavers, foster carers, and teens in care—these challenges can feel even more overwhelming.
With over a decade of experience supporting care-experienced individuals and five years of counselling survivors of domestic abuse and harmful behaviours in the home, I provide a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space tailored to your needs.
My services include: • Supporting parents of young adults with ASD and social/learning challenges • Helping young adults with ASD build resilience and manage behaviours • Providing therapeutic tutoring for individuals facing barriers to mainstream education • Offering specialized support for care leavers, foster carers, and teens in care, focusing on emotional well being.
I work with individuals who feel stuck and are looking to deal with issues they feel are holding them back.

Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified as a counsellor in 2019. For the past six years, I have worked as a counsellor and Trustee of an organisation that is one of very few that works with both perpetrators and victims of domestic abuse.
I have worked in local ASD provision with young adults who have harmful behaviours in the home. I also provide counselling for parents of these young adults.
I have been a teacher since 2002 and a foster carer since 2015. I have both an undergraduate and post graduate degree.
I provide therapeutic tutoring to young adults who cannot attend mainstream education.
In my various roles, I maintain an Enhanced DBS. I have up-to-date level 3 safeguarding training, GDPR training, and Prevent certification. I maintain regular training and continuing professional development.
