About me
Are you feeling anxious? - Imagine how it could feel to be free of that anxiety and reclaim the real you.
Are you having more down days than up days? Try to picture how different you could feel having more up days.
Do even the ‘small things’ seem overwhelming to you? How much lighter would your world feel if you reclaimed your ability to manage those things?
Does the idea of ‘change’ worry you or your child? - Can you picture how much easier and potentially happier life could be without those worries?
Are you struggling to cope following bereavement ? Talking through all of those raw emotions surrounding bereavement can be difficult. However, we will only ever work at your pace and discuss what your feel comfortable with.
We’re so used to hearing about having to "keep it together" all the time, aren’t we and that can be exhausting!
I’m Louise Delooze and I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor who works in a collaborative style with many clients just like you across a variety of age groups and backgrounds.
I’ve helped them understand and overcome the barriers that are preventing them from living a full life.
So, what is 'collaborative'?
It’s where I support you and gain insight into what may have been holding you back until now.
Together, we will explore different perspectives and ideas, and you will make choices based on those new perspectives. I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs whether that be using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy or Psychoanalysis.
You have an amazing capacity for change, and our therapeutic relationship can be instrumental in unlocking that capacity.
Together, we can begin to make sense of the issues that are causing concern and finally start to transform your life.
You're probably thinking, 'but I've tried counselling before,' and you felt it didn't work. I understand that, and that is very common. However, when we work together you will feel listened to and acknowledged every step of the way without feeling judged while you are on the way to achieving your goal.
Do you have a teenager who is struggling with their mental health?
Are they feeling anxious, angry and irritable all the time?
Have they suffered from bereavement or are they dealing with an eating disorder/addiction or their parents separating?
For some teenagers, simply having someone with whom to talk through their difficulties, who is completely independent, can really help and that is something we can work on together at a pace that suits you and them.
New dad?
If you are a new father who is struggling with the change, you will get one-to-one support in adapting to your new role.
The sooner you move forward, the easier the adjustment will be.
Following the recently reduced restrictions of COVID-19 I am now able to offer face to face counselling sessions located in the Warrington and Widnes area. However, if you do not feel comfortable meeting face to face I do also offer online video counselling , providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental counselling space. Each session and the number of sessions you need will be guided by you.
Now, It feels like it could be daunting, right?
Counselling can be daunting at times and you could feel worried about opening up. But each session allows you the time, space and opportunity to talk through the issues which are important to you and at a pace you are comfortable with. Empowering you to gain the courage you have been searching for to feel free!
Where better to open up than in a safe, confidential environment?
Say yes to investing in the new you and moving forward to start living the life you deserve. Step by step.
Send me an email now and we can get started!
I look forward to working together soon.
Warm regards
Louise

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
