I am a caring and compassionate female counsellor and psychotherapist.
I offer both long-term and short-term counselling and psychotherapy in two locations in Brighton and I can offer various time-slots throughout the week.
I am a qualified integrative and experiential person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist and I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I also hold full indemnity insurance.
I aim to create a warm and safe counselling environment of empathy, honesty and acceptance where you can talk about anything you want to. I will not judge or analyse you. My role is to walk alongside you and to support you.
I’m committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to enable you to speak freely about the issues that are of most concern to you, something which I understand is sometimes not possible with friends and family.
My approach to counselling is a supportive and collaborative one, where we explore together and you choose the issues that are important for you, from session to session. We will also decide together which therapeutic techniques and approaches you feel might be most helpful for you.
I offer creative therapeutic ways of working for clients that are interested, such as sandtray and objects, art materials and other items, such as stones.
