Louis de Pelet MBACP
I work with clients facing a wide range of difficulties: if you are feeling overwhelmed, distressed or stuck; struggling with past and present relationships or traumatic events; in emotional pain or feeling numb; hating your situation or yourself; or not being able to trust what you will do next.
By working together, by staying with you as you face such things we can find understanding, relief and change.
Training, qualifications & experience
My training includes an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling from Iron Mill Collage and a degree in Psychology. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and have been practising for several years, offering both short and long term therapy, both face to face and via Skype.
After an initial chat we can decide on the right approach, whether short term or longer. usually this means meeting for 6 sessions and evaluating as we go.
Areas of counselling I deal with
I charge £45 for each 50 minute session for individuals, and £65 for couples.
