About me
I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering a multi-faceted approach tailored to your unique needs. I will meet you where you are emotionally and mentally, seeing you as a whole person. If you choose, we can explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your life while always respecting your boundaries and individuality. My approach is predominantly client-led, meaning I walk alongside you, offering guidance and support on your journey toward self-discovery and inner peace.
I work with clients from young adulthood through later life, helping them navigate challenges such as grief, loss, relationship difficulties, stress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, abuse, and loneliness. Whatever you are facing, you don’t have to go through it alone.
Feel free to reach out to arrange an initial chat—I’d be happy to hear from you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a UK Teaching Qualification, and a Personal Fitness and Training Qualification. I have also attended a Suicide First Aid course and completed the comprehensive Cruse Bereavement training program. In addition, I work with Cruse Bereavement Support, providing assistance to those who are grieving.
