I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, who adheres to the ethics of the BACP code of practice while working within a safe and confidential setting. I can offer you either time-limited, short or long-term therapy. I use an eclectic approach, that is using a number of theories, such as Person centred (Humanistic),Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, existential, Transactional Analysis. and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
I am experienced in working with the abuse, anxiety, bereavement, depression, general counselling, low self-confidence, self-esteem, relationships, stress, trauma and work-related issues. I can offer counselling for individuals and couples in crisis.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a postgraduate degree in Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Counselling.

My fees per 50 minute session are £40 for young people, £60 for individuals, £70 for couples
