Lopa Vibhakar UKCP Reg. Couple & Family Psychotherapist
I am a UKCP registered Couple and Family Psychotherapist with 30 years of experience of working with Individuals, couples and families.
I work with couples and families who want to improve their relationships. Most importantly couples and families don't have to wait till relationships are in trouble, it is always good to take stock of your relationship to have a preventative process rather then curing it.
I also work with individuals who have difficulties in their couple relationship and the partner does not want to come to therapy.
My approach is to create a safe and supportive atmosphere that enables effective and clear communication which allows a better understanding of the dilemmas. Although it is important to look at how the past has impacted on the present, my focus is to work alongside with you to move forward.
