Liz Jones MNCS (Accred)
Life can be overwhelming and not living true to ourselves can cause sadness, distress and anxiety. Together we’ll explore your personal world and experience, helping you to find new perspectives and options. There might be a specific issue you want to address, or you might want to use our time together to explore your thoughts and feelings to find a deeper understanding of yourself.
Your past experiences and relationships can shape how you feel in the present just as much as your current circumstances. We’ll work together to unpick the root cause of your feelings and work out what changes you need to move forwards with your life.
As an integrative counsellor I will tailor my approach to you. I offer you room to breathe and explore in a supportive, empathetic and non-judgmental space. During the sessions I’ll ask you questions about your personal story and offer reflections, ideas and clarity. I won’t tell you what to do but I will encourage you to challenge any unhelpful thoughts or feelings that are holding you back.
