About me
I am a experienced warm creative BACP Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I offer confidential counselling for many issues and work with adults, young people and groups. My aim is to help you to explore your concerns and find ways forward that are right for you.
As a therapist, I will facilitate and support you in a safe and confidential environment to explore the issues you choose to talk about, without being rushed or judged. I will work with you to understand what you are experiencing and help you to find your own answers and ways to overcome your difficulties. I have experience of working with clients in primary and secondary schools, drug and alcohol centres,LGBT support setting and mental health settings.
My counselling approach is Person Centred. This is based on a fundamental belief that people can heal in a favourable environment, provided through a supportive therapeutic relationship. But I also tailor sessions to what you the client needs.I am able to incorporate Art as Therapy, Play Therapy, or even a more directive approach if needed as I have experience across the board.
Therapy sessions are can be weekly or fortnightly, but this can be varied depending on your need and my availability. You can have as many or as few sessions as you feel you need. I can offer prompt appointments.
I offer an initial consultation before you move forward into therapeutic sessions, this is to help you to assess if what I offer feels right for you.
If you would like to contact me, I look forward to hearing from you. Please call or text me today on: 07399252567 or click here to send me an email.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
