I am an experienced HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist working within both NHS and independent practice.
My main areas of interest and expertise include early childhood development including infant/parent bonding and attachment, birth trauma and perinatal mental health, learning difficulties and neurodevelopmental conditions including autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I have extensive experience in the assessment and diagnosis of these conditions in both children and adults in NHS services.
I am able to offer individually tailored assessments and therapy and can be flexible depending on your requirements. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic and systemic therapy.
