Solution Focused Brief Therapy offers a fresh, dynamic, bold and contemporary approach to helping that can enable people to build change into their lives in the shortest possible time. Each session is designed to be a single, complete session, as though it may be the one and only therapy session a person undertakes, thus it utilises therapy in a very efficient way. Solution Focused Brief Therapy: £70 (up to 60 minutes per session).
Payment: in advance with online/bank transfer; in advance with credit/debit cards (via PayPal).
Monday and Tuesday: 11am-8pm (last appointment).
Wednesday and Thursday: 11am-2pm (last appointment).
I provide a telephone service only.
I will reply to emails/telephone messages as soon as possible within my working hours. Any messages received outside of my working days/hours, will be answered on the next available working day.
