Hello, my name is Lisa.

Thank you so much for viewing my profile.

I would like to offer you a non-judgemental, safe and comfortable environment in which you can explore your thoughts, behaviours and feelings; and with my help, to better understand them. This is with the intention of achieving your goals through our time together.

I offer counselling for stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, anger management, bereavement, confidence and self-esteem issues.

Please do still contact me if you do not see what you are looking for in the list above and we can discuss.

Primarily I offer Counselling, however if you would like Hypnotherapy this can be discussed in our sessions together.

If there is any further information that you require, please contact me. I am always more than happy to discuss the process of counselling, or answer any queries about my counselling service.
