About me

Hello, my name is Lisa, I offer a warm, non-judgmental, confidential psychotherapy service, that provides a safe space to talk about experiences that are causing distress. The way I work is to integrate different relational and developmental theories to create a therapy that feels a fit for the individual/s. Integrative therapy also integrates affect, cognition and behaviour creating an outcome of growth, feeling whole and content.  This leads to improvement in mental, emotional and often physical well-being.

I believe we all need support at times and that it can be difficult seeking support, therefore you're welcome to contact me with any questions.

I currently have space for Couples therapy and Clinical supervision for graduates seeking supervision for adult individual and couple clients.

  • BSc (Hons) Health Studies
  • Counselling and communication (level 6)
