About me

Sometimes it can seem impossible to imagine change and feeling better. Psychotherapy can help.

I work with adults of all ages and young people from 15years +.

As a fully qualified and widely experienced State Registered Art Psychotherapist, I offer talking therapy with an option to integrate a creative process. My approach is centred around using talking psychotherapy to develop a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship, with the option, to include creative methods. My work nurtures a trusting therapeutic relationship. We will work in a safe, empathetic non judgemental environment, at a pace that feels right for you.

Together we aim to gain clarity and insight into what holds meaning for you, enabling you to navigate challenges and problems more effectively and to gain a more stable and fulfilling future.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
