About me

Hello, I’m Lisa and I offer a safe space for you to explore your personal problems. Maybe you are struggling with work, family or relationship issues. You might be having difficulty figuring out how you fit into the world around you. If you are feeling overwhelmed and want to work through your stresses and confusion. I am here to offer that support.

I qualified as a person-centred counsellor in 2023. Some of my experience includes working with Neurodivergent adults including people with ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder) and Autistic Spectrum Condition.

I have a background in community music and I do a lot of work for The Swan Song Project where I help bereaved people to write about their loved ones and people at the end of life to write a song to leave as a legacy. I really enjoy seeing how creativity impacts the wellbeing of others and I am able to integrate a creative approach to my therapy sessions, if this is something you desire.

I offer online sessions or face to face therapy at the Tower Clinic in Cookridge. I also provide walking therapy in the Horsforth area.

If you would like to have a free 15 minute phone call with me to discuss your needs, please get in touch.
