Lisa Eringer MBACP, PGDip, BSc - Psychotherapist
338 City Road
Do you find yourself feeling lost, having self doubts, not feeling ‘good enough’, crippled by anxiety, fear, or addiction, losing yourself in a toxic relationship and repeating the same patterns over and over again?
My goal is to help you to find purpose in your life, remove obstacles in your path and move forward. My areas of expertise are in working with people struggling with addiction to find a way to manage their emotions in order to have a healthier relationship to alcohol, food, or people. I am also experienced in working with people who find themselves stuck in troubled present or past relationships that are either toxic or abusive (sexually, financially, emotionally).
Psychotherapy is not about quick fixes. It’s about growth, change and a willingness to make an open-ended commitment to yourself. My desire for every person who comes into my consulting room is to help you come to a point where you are living the life you desire without guilt, shame, and anxiety controlling you. My approach to psychotherapy is to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental environment to begin your process. I focus on pulling from your strengths and unconscious defenses and patterns to help facilitate growth and change.
The decision to seek psychotherapy is not always easy, so I want you to commend yourself for taking the first step.
Please call or email me to arrange a free phone or Skype consultation.
