About me

Hi

I am a qualified Counsellor trained in the person centred approach I also use cognitive Behavioural Skills to assist you. Each client is unique, I adapt my approaches to suit my clients.

I offer you the opportunity to explore your emotions and beliefs. Together we can process your feelings.

Making the decision

Working within a home environment, you are free to speak freely, without fear or defences, in a trusting non-judgemental environment. As we work together, we will find the solutions to the challenges that you are facing and you are able to move forward with a positive future

Making the decision to seek counselling can feel daunting, please be assured it’s the first step to a positive outcome. Friends and family are great for support, but sometimes we hold back to protect them and ourselves. Seeking a counsellor can really assist you to find the answers within you, the benefits of counselling are you are not alone, that you are heard and you have the space to explore your feelings and then you are able to process. Talking really does open up the mind to feel understood.

I will Encourage and support you on your journey. This can be life changing.

I have a varied array of experience working with both adults and young people, supporting my clients with any concerns they may be facing.

Bereavement Support Group

I also run a Bereavement Support Group every first Wednesday of the Month at Crewe Funeral Care (Co Op) in Crewe 10am - 12pm. This is a free service.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Counsellor. I have completed a Graduate Diploma in Person Centered Counselling, this was completed with Manchester University MMU

I also have a certificate in working people and partners with Aspergers

I continue to attend course to continue to learn and develop.

My future goals and aspirations are important to me:

  • To continually strive to increase my expertise and knowledge through training.
  • To continue to learn from, and value life in all its various forms.
