Liora Reich MBACP
I am a Therapeutic Counsellor with a special interest and experience of working with carers.
I offer a safe and confidential space where, with support, you can explore and express your feelings. Many people find counselling helpful as it is a chance to focus on yourself, where your own needs are the only priority.
The quality of the relationship we build is crucial not only to the effectiveness of the counselling but also in enabling you to feel comfortable with talking about difficult, painful or confusing feelings.
I understand that coming to counselling can feel daunting so it is important you feel we can work well together and that I am the right counsellor for you; this is why I offer an initial assessment at half my usual fee.
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists) and I work within their ethical framework.
I am an integrative counsellor which means that I use more than one counselling technique; this allows me to adapt to each individual’s particular need thus making the work more effective.
