About me

Hi, I'm Linsey. I am a BABCP accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist who has substantial experience in working with persons experiencing mental health problems. I have worked worked as a full-time CBT therapist for the charity sector and currently work as a CBT therapist for the private sector, treating persons with anxiety, PTSD and depression.

I am currently based in Warrington and I offer face to face and online sessions.

I have specialised experience in working with survivors and persons experiencing domestic abuse. I am also a qualified Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) and have previously worked as a specialist safeguarding practitioner for the NHS.

I offer treatment for anxiety, depression, weight loss management and trauma, including PTSD, OCD, panic attacks and phobias.

Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help recognise unhelpful thinking styles and better cope with change.
