Lindsey Jones, dip, MBACP
Maylandsea, Nr Chelmsford
Its never easy talking about your troubles and those thoughts of things that are getting you down. Just when you think you may have it all under control.......something else happens to pull the rug from under your feet..again! That feeling of not being in control of your own life can sometimes be the one thing that's stopping you from moving forward, but by talking to a counsellor you will be able to unlock a 'new' you or even the 'old' you that's been hidden, and grow into that stronger, carefree, confident person that is just waiting to be let loose from what ever it is that's holding you back. A counsellor gives you YOUR time to try and get 'your ducks in a row'. You have already started the journey by just being on this directory - that in itself gets my full admiration.
I am fully qualified counsellor registered with the BACP and can offer you a safe, confidential and empathic environment to explore what's holding you back and together we will find ways for you to regain control of your life. You can cry, you can laugh but what ever the emotion you experience with me I will be there with you.
I can offer day and evening appointments Tuesday to Thursday at my private practice in Maylandsea, Nr Chelmsford.
If your hesitant about counselling its understandable so please give me a call for a chat - you can then decide if I am the counsellor for you. Your time with me is crucial to your development that's why that initial chat with me is so important for you - its your chance to make a change.
