About me

I have worked with many clients face to face and via telephone/online counselling from a Bangor centre location. I can work with you using a range of approaches to suit your needs of processing and understanding your mental health concerns from person centred therapy, CBT and psychodynamic counselling.

Training, qualifications & experience

I graduated with a CPCAB diploma in May 2022 in Integrative Counselling and I have been a Cruse Bereavement volunteer since October 2020. I have worked in mental health and wellbeing since 2018 and have gained a vast amount of experience during this time working with a wide range of issues.

Training includes - Menopause Awareness training, Autism NI training, Alzheimers Society NI Dementia training, Cruse Bereavement training, Bereavement & loss through suicide training, Trauma Bereavement training and Anxiety disorders training.

I integrate practical sessions utilising tools and resources to help you achieve your therapy goal.
