About me

I am a qualified BACP registered counsellor offering both short and long-term counselling for adults and young people from 16 years plus. My private practice is based at The Eaves in Guildford and I can offer face to face or zoom counselling sessions.

There are so many reasons to go to therapy. You may be struggling with relationships, feeling anxious or isolated, going through a big change, feel like you have lost control, or just need someone to talk to, whatever the reason, going to counselling can be hugely beneficial.

I offer a warm, open and non judgmental space where you can safely express your feelings, concerns and worries. It can take courage to begin counselling therefore I offer a free initial telephone consultation for you to dip your feet in the water and see if it is right for you.

If you feel like now is the time to begin counselling I would love to hear from you. Please contact me by email or by phone on 07793 450996.

Best Wishes,

"Vulnerability is not winning or losing. It's having the courage to show up when you can't control the outcome."  Brene Brown

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
