About me

As a therapist specializing in psychotherapy, I work closely with clients of all ages, including children, young people, and adults, to address a wide range of concerns. Whether you are dealing with depression,  anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or family dynamics, I am here to provide the support you need. Our initial sessions will focus on exploring your challenges in depth, allowing us to collaboratively create a tailored plan to help you restore a better sense of being.

I offer more than just standard therapy services. My approach is comprehensive, integrating various therapeutic techniques to address the unique needs of each client. For children and young people, I provide specialized support to help them navigate their developmental stages and emotional hurdles. For adults, I offer a compassionate space to work through the most common reasons individuals seek therapy, such as anxiety, stress, and personal growth.

Together, we will work towards achieving your goals, fostering resilience, and building a healthier, more fulfilling life.
